Most days are a struggle for me to try to remember how to eat normally.
At any given moment, my disordered thoughts and my recovering thoughts are at war inside my head.
I was doing really well but I think I'm on the verge of relapse.

Owww that sucks it used to happen to me as well :/ just remember what you did throughout the day and stuff to keep motivated!! Remind yourself it is not worth it at all!! Drink water or come back in 15 minutes and rethink xx
